Free Shipping
All orders to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland are shipped free of charge.
We only ship within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Kangaroo Hoodie: Delivery time is usually 5 to 8 business days after receipt of order.

Travel Buddy: Delivery time is usually 6 to 10 calendar days after receipt of order.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal
You have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. You can find full details in our Cancellation Policy.
You may examine the product at home to the same extent as would be possible in a retail store. If the goods are used beyond that, we may deduct a corresponding loss in value from the refund amount.
Return shipping costs: You are responsible for the direct costs of the return. As a young company, we are unable to provide free return labels. We ask for your understanding.
Please send us a short email before returning the product, and we will provide you with the return address and clarify everything else. Please return the product with all included accessories.
